A capable and patient problem-solver, Gail came to Tait in 2011 and quickly became a pillar of the administrative team.
Whether working alone or as part of a unit, Gail has the ability to keep track of the many moving parts of any project, and has proven herself to be an organizational and logistical genius. She oversees everything that Tait needs to operate efficiently and effectively and she is valued for her ability to ensure that the company runs like a well-oiled machine.
Gail thrives in a dynamic environment and appreciates the variety of work Tait offers. Often found head-down in her work, she also knows when it’s time to put her paperwork away and share a laugh with her fellow Taiters.
Outside of work, she is often found at the Racquet Club either on the squash court or taking a “spin” class. In the summer months, she spends her weekends camping and kayaking. She loves spending time outdoors and enjoying nature right outside her door.
Gail also believes in serving her community and has been a member of the organizing committee for the Champions for Children fundraising dinner for more than a decade, and has led the committee as the chairperson for the past seven years.
