Sahtu Health and Social Services Annual Report

Challenge

 The Sahtu Health and Social Services Authority serves the communities of Norman Wells, Deline, Fort Good Hope and Tulita.  Widely dispersed, and accessible only by air, serving these communities is a challenge, as is keeping the population informed about the work the Authority is doing on behalf of residents.  Additionally, there is the challenging of doing so cost effectively and in a way that is accessible to a population with a wide variance in English language literacy skills.

Solution

Tait Communications worked with SHSSA to communicate the work being done through reports, story-telling and visuals.  Using the Authority’s strategic plan goals as its basis, the report shows, rather than tells, how it is achieving its plan.
